Feedback from customers is hugely appreciated. Feedback played an essential part in justifying the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital, UK clinical trial of the 'Singing for Snorers' exercise programme and is used to support the case for further clinical research. Furthermore, the booklet accompanying the exercises has been regularly updated to include valuable suggestions from customers.

If you have used the exercises and wish to give feedback please either:

(a) use the Feedback Questions below*, or

(b) send an email with your own informal feedback

Please email feedback to

feedback@singingforsnorers.com

*To use the Feedback Questions: copy and paste the questions (below) straight from this webpage into your own email "create" or "compose" box; or alternatively, so you can navigate around the questions more easily, paste them into a Word Document first while you read and answer them, and then either attach the Word Doc to the email you send to Singing for Snorers, or paste the completed form into your email.

Please type your answers after the questions. Simply leave a space and then type an "X" next to your choice of reply whenever the questions are "multiple choice". If none of the alternatives offered seem quite right, feel free to add your own and mark it with an X.
